    This 2 year old male Cheetah took time out to wash his meal (of young Gnu) down with some refreshing water from his local stream.

    D3s 500VR 1/640s ISO800@f/5.6 Nth Serengeti Oct 2010.

    Sorry Marc,

    This image does not work for me, very flat due to shadow, too much clutter around the cheetah..

    plus side is the eye contact...

    Marc - I think the shadow is muting this but I also find the bright grass in the center fg distracting. Maybe a pano crop and a contrast boost might work better. Nice eye contact as Peter said.

    Marc you know I am usually a fan of your work but I have to agree with Peter here...not really working for me. A good record shot but not up there with the rest of your work for me...

    I like the pose, eye contact and location on this Marc, but the subject is just a little lost for me, good camouflage I guess.
