Here is another pb oil composition... I got this image yesterday and thought of it as a canvas painting. Used pb oil and then topaz simplify on the bg. Used few adjustment layers for color and contrast. Hope you like it...

Hi Indranil, nice capture! I love that extended wing and the way the filters look on it. I would love to see this on a flat blue background, as I find the busy little streaks to be distracting. I find that they pull my eye away from the gull, which is a bummer because the bird looks fantastic!

Indranil, I really like the filtering on the bird. Kerry makes some good points. I love the flight pose and the way the wings look like liquid.

The gull looks really nice on the clean background! I'm not a big fan of what PB does to sky and water backgrounds. The bird capture is excellent and I like the sharp head. Well done!
