Captured this one while drinking sundowners at the Fish Eagle Bar at the Eagle Island Camp, Xaxaba Island, Okavango Delta. Can't wait to return in summer when there will be crimson clouds reflecting in the waters of this wonderland at sunset...

Very pretty sunset and the moon is very nice.
It looks a bit oversaturated along the horizon line at the tree edge.
I think the FG grass would look a bit better with a bit of lightening.
I think the crop is very good with just enough sky above the moon.

Hey Morkel, really cool POV ! Yip, little more in lightening of the FG.........saturation is okay as these sunsets have phenomenal colours....mmm maybe little less ! Little clockwise rotation ! Great blending techniques:eek:

Hi Morkel. Great sunset and image. I think it looks even better if the bottom third is cropped off to make a panorama.

Morkel - beautiful sunset. I agree with the suggestion to lighten the fg grasses. I like the reflection of the sky and the sliver of moon shows the vastness of the expanse.

    Hey Morkel,
Another vote for a pano look......and a slight pullback on the reds.

    Default sunset

    Hey Morkel
a great african sunset! i agree with the previous, better a pano, the grass on FG are too dark and not pleasant. To the moderators: I've some problems with my notebook, now I'm writing on my MAC but the HD is fit for Windows. Few days... I'll want to fiil you about Andalusia!
