Looks sharp with good detail! Nice pose and BG too. Would try to tone down whites on the wing. Camera settings would be useful info...

Excellent flight shot and the BG makes the bird POP.
Camera setting would be nice as Ofer mentioned.

wonderful inflight shot. whites seem a bit over exposed to me or it may be just my monitor.

Herb, this is excellent all around...size and placement of the bird is perfect. SO is the DOF and the SS. I agree with Ofer that it would be good to try to extract some details from the whites in the near wing.

This real cool shot Herb, very sharp, great wing position and a lovely smooth BG TFS

    Nice shot.
I don't find the whites to be "hot", but the near wing is lacking detail there. I'm guessing the shot was actually hotter and you pulled it down to here. Still, there might be something recoverable if shot in RAW.

Very very nice flight shot. Agree about the whites but that is a minor nit. Well done!!

Thanks for all of the comments everyone. James, the shot was taken at 10:13 a.m. just moments prior to packing up for the day, due to the harsh light. It was full sun on this day. This was still one of my best in flights of the day.
