    Grace,
Love the comp. on this one and the eye is sharp as it should be and makes for a great connection with the viewer. I am wondering if a bit more off the bottom would help as I find too much OOF foreground just a bit distracting. Just my 2 cents. Still a beautiful image and the light is magnificent.

Nice composition. The glint in the eye looks good. It will be even better if some of the OOF foreground from bottom can be cropeed off:)

Lovely low angle and composition. Beautiful light captured, little off the bottom would improve the image TFS

I like it just the way it is Grace ..... sweet capture in beautiful light.

I love the least tern, they look so cute when they are fishing amongst the other terns because they are smaller.

Grace, good DOF effect in this, and I would leave the comp as is. Love the light and colours, and would maybe try and lighten the eye a touch.

    Excellent work, Grace.

I might try to bring out the eye a bit more, but I'm not sure that is possible.

But as framed and presented in the OP, this image is already excellent. And it is an interesting capture of the behavior of nesting birds.
