    Default Ant-eating Chat

This is a fairly old image, and I thought over time, with better pp skills, I could produce a better result. This was taken in a small nature reserve close to my house. This Ant-eating chat had caught his breakfast and was coming into perch to eat it. The BG is naturally OOF grass.

I really like the colors here; the BG is just awesome. Timing is great and the pose is very nice. Well done.

Fantastic perch, pose and bg, Stuart.
The breakfast is a big bonus.
If anything, I wish the eye wasn't hidden by the shadow, but I love this image.
Congrats on your well deserved mod-ship btw :)

Great bg and colors and the wing position is really great. Love the perch and the catch...I would also like to see less shadow on the left eye but thats a minor nit...Great stuff mate!

It's a peach of a shot, timing exposure and colours are excellent.

    Stuart:

Great landing pose, colors, BG, perch and catch. Shadows on face mentioned.

If you have a sliver more canvas at top, I might try a version with that included.

    Cheers

Stunning capture... bit of work on getting details out of shadow will add to this exciting capture as suggested above.

Super sharp action and timing to get this shot. The light is sweeter then sweet. Like the bg, perch and colours. A super IMG

Fantastic timing and BG, and love the thin thorny perch. The only thing that could have made this better is a better light angle.
