    Taken from the Amadour Causeway just out of Panama City.
    Hundreds were fishing in the bay snapped this one as it came by.
    Wish the poles werent in the BG but then this is against a city backdrop of Costa del Este.

    1/1600, Ev -1.0, ISO 400, f 8 tripod
    40D and 1.4 TC

    Weather overcast/rain

    Good detail and wing position as well as detail. Wish for a better BG , but I'm sure you do as well.

    Good flying angle Richard, and sharp where it counts. You have exposed the pelican nicely. I do not find the buildings distracting, but do find the slanting poles a hindrance. Im sure a bit of TLC in pp, you will be able to remove them if you are ok with that.

    I love the bird and the city skyscape ( nature vs. big city) but dislike the poles. If you could clone them out this would be a very cool picture!
