Canon 7D Canon 500mm f4 L IS & 1.4TC, hand held, Auto ISO 200 Tv Mode 1/2000 sec f 5.6 This is an adult bird taking a caterpillar and fly to newly fledged chicks. Unfortunately there was absolutely no chance of avoiding the OOF leaf on the tail.
All C & C welcome.
love the pose, prey, eye, sharpness. shame as you say about the leaf over the tail, but the bird can carry that I think. Your choice of crop doesn't quite work for me. It's interesting, but I think I find the bird to be too much in the corner. Had to know how else to go without seeing an uncropped version. Would like to see these guys myself!
Whoa; everything perfect but.... That's what keeps us getting back out there.
EXP, mouthful, and head angle all perfect......
