    Canon 7D Canon 500mm f4 L IS & 1.4TC, hand held, Auto ISO 200 Tv Mode 1/2000 sec f 5.6 This is an adult bird taking a caterpillar and fly to newly fledged chicks. Unfortunately there was absolutely no chance of avoiding the OOF leaf on the tail.

    love the pose, prey, eye, sharpness. shame as you say about the leaf over the tail, but the bird can carry that I think. Your choice of crop doesn't quite work for me. It's interesting, but I think I find the bird to be too much in the corner. Had to know how else to go without seeing an uncropped version. Would like to see these guys myself!
