    Hi Satish, I fixed the link for you. You had put the page's URL rather than the image's...that is why the image wasn't showing up. Just so you can have a picture up I'll forgive the 874 pixel height (max height is 800...)

    Beautiful bird with great colours, looks like it came down to eye-level for you! I wish you had pointed your lens down more, and too bad about the shadow along the edge of the bird.

    A sharp image of a beautiful bird in harsh light with harsh shadows... Excellent point by Dan on the composition. Sometimes using lots of flash in a situation like this can help to even out the light.
