Inspired by some of Denise's "glow " images I decided to play in Fractalius and try one.

    Cropped for comp.
    Processed in fractalius and CS3
Painted back the eye and the bill.

    Hey Joe,
Pretty wild! I'm not 100% sold on the dark area around the egret......but I do like the BG. Let's see what others chime in.

The eye is great!....so sharp! I agree with Roman re: the dark area around the egret. Also there is so much blue in the feathers. I would prefer to see them whiter.

Beautiful composition, Joe. Love the effect and the pose. The eye looks really great as also the bg. I too think the shadow around the egret is a bit strong.

Cute as can be, Joe, and just the righ amount of fract. The eye and face are strong enough that you really buy the entire image.

Beautiful looking Egret and treatment, Joe. The frac processing gives a pillow like feel to the feathers. I agree the dark border around the Egret is a bit heavy, but dark green BG works well. Nice work!
