    Default Willet

Another photo form the Mexican Caribbean, taken a few minutes before sunset in the magic light. I had to use a lot of jpeg compression again to fit into the 200kb limit.

    Comments are welcome.

Awesome light...It seems to have created a nice pastel shade...Nice one Laront!

Beautiful light and the open beak is a plus, Lorant.

Wonderful image and light, not sure how effective fill was in this situation?

Love the calling pose, lowish angle, and smooth BG. Nice wavelets in the water too. I find the image a bit light overall...darkening the midtones a bit would make the light conditions and pop a bit more (I tried it in PS by darkening those from 1.00 to 0.75 and liked the result).

Dan is too smart. The image is overall too light. And I'd prefer a bit more room above and in front.

EXP is more than workable and I love the angle to the bird, the head angle, and the open bill. What no WRSA????

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I agree both with Dan and Artie about darkening the image and adding some more room.
