Want some spoonbill shots? Capt. Shadle will take show you where and how to get some shots.
Take two weekends ago, out shooting with Capt. Shadle, Sid and Michael. It was full of action that day.

    Hope you like it.

When it comes to Spoonbills, James is the man!

Maybe trim a tad off the top - all subjective stuff.

I like the pic, nice pose, whites in check and habitat in background - solid effort.

Like the pic Troy and the greenery adds to it. I'm yet to try Capt. Shadle, maybe on my next trip.

Nice catch Troy, love the colors and detail. These birds are amazing to me, what an unlikely collection of features! Good flight capture and head angle. Sweet!

Hey! That bird looks familiar! Sometimes there are so many it is hard to isolate them so good job there. One of the things I have problems with is I get excited to see them flying in I sometimes loose track of the background. To me, the tree line is like a horizon through the image but it is in an appropriate place and works here.
