    Default Two Ibis

This one is from Artie's SW Florida IPT in February taken at Corkscrew Swamp boardwalk... these two Ibis were sitting on a tree when one took off... for processing, used ACR to increase the exposure to get the hk effect. Applied topaz denoise, adjustment layer for saturation and then used selective adjustment for red, white and neutral. Applied curves adjustment for added contrast and finally usm on the web version... Does this work as OOTB? Original settings were 1/2500 sec, f/5.6, Manual, ISO: 800

    Hey Indranil,
I like high key images......so this has some potential imo.....just wondering if it needs a bit more pop. DID you try a LCE on it.....or even tweaking the mid-tones and blacks in selective color. Worth a shot to give a bit more definition to the Ibis.

Agree. he gloom may just have been too deep.... Great timing on the take-off especially since there were no birds there!

Hi Roman, thanks a lot. I did all that you have suggested. Just need to boost it more. I will try it again later in the week when I am back home.

Thanks Artie. It was very gloomy. I wasn't sure I could recover... I will try to boost more and see what I can get out of it. Once I have my new 600, I am sure to go back there and spend some time.
