    These guys are pretty fast flyers, and we have quite a lot of them at one of the local birding spots in Pretoria. This was taken a few weeks back.

    100-400 @ 400mm
    1/2500
    F/5.6
    ISO 500

    Manual exposure
    Hand held

    Excellent! Maybe just a bit less sharpening and maybe a tiny bit more room at the top.

    Superb shot!! Great wing position and the background really helps bring out the bird. Well done.

    The repost with the added space is a wonderful shot. Just that small amount of added space really made a difference. Congrats on catching this one on the fly with a pleasing wing position and sharp.

    The repost looks better. I wouln't have suggested adding canvas above but it looks better this way.
    Love the pano presentation and the wing position Stuart. The sharpening is just right for my taste.

    A classic WFD shot ,Stu.
    Repost much improved.I like the wing position and detail, and the head being clear of the wings.
