I had a little extra time this afternoon and started playing with a dandelion. First a texture overlay. Then DAP Monet and a DAP Klimt on top. Then Topaz Adjust Photo Pop, a couple of Nik Color filters and a slight difuse glow.

Hi Cheryl, excellent way to get the week started! Beautiful composition... i like the positioning and the effect on the flower. My preference would have been to go for a sightly desaturated bg and give more emphasis to the flower itself... Nicely processed.

Great start to this week's theme, Cheryl! Lovely effect and composition. I like the colors, but I agree with Indranil that the multicolored BG distracts a bit from the flower itself.

    Nice image and application, Cheryl.

I might have reduced the green cast on the flower a bit. But like what it is and as otherwise presented.

Really nice rendition. I love dandelions. The leaves are especially good in spring salads. At least that is the excuse I use when I don't want to mow the lawn.

Hi Cheryl, nice treatment and comp. I think I would prefer the BG slightly desaturated too.

Wow! How did I miss seeing this one? You made the lowly Dandelion into a queen. Lovely effects. You inspire me to try many filters on one image.
    Congratulations!!
