Just returned from a week in Yellowstone.. Had some real nice clouds this morning to work landscapes with. Image was captured well before sunrise. A 3 stop soft GND controlled the exposure in the sky. A polarizer helped saturate the color. This is full frame.

Beautiful colors, Robert. The sky is outstanding and the whole scene appears to be melting.
Very well done. The lone trees look stark and add to the image.
Hi Dale, the pastel colors and detail are quite beautiful. The contrasting sky adds alot of additional interest to the image along with soft, even lighting. The juxtaposition between the branches on the rt and the trees on the upper left is well handled. The only thing I might play with is to take a bit off the rt eliminating the darker gray area. Well done!!
Hey Dale,
Really strong colors and you had some sky! I may prefer the scene with a hair more room on the bottom on the bush on shrub on the LL......but doesn't really detract from a really nice image!
