    I took this image during a trip to Arizona a few months back, the simplicity of the bkg appealed to me.

    Elegant pose with a great view of the feet and those longs legs. Sharp, perfect EXP. Did the mud have a reddish hue?

    Lovely capture, Chad. You have a great BG and colors work together. I never realized this bird's legs were blue.

    Thank you Artie, yes the mud was red, it was that oh so famous Arizona red dirt.

    Thanks Marina, I didn't know this either until I got home and downloaded my images and said "holy cow" they have blue legs
