    Default Studio Reflections

One last ballet shot for now. This was shot in the studio which has full size mirrors along the wall. The two people in the reflection are the directors of the ballet school. I just happened to be at just the right angle.

A several layers of merged DAP (along with some leg straightening ).

    Thanks for looking...

    Cheers,

Good reflection capture, Michael. The pose, colors, lines, and DAP painterly effect all combined well to make a nice composition. Wanting to see a bit more of the left foot, and wondering if removing the other figures would strengthen the image.

Beautiful composition, Michael. I love the sense of forward motion here. Nice reflections and DAP certainly has added a new dimension to this image... very painterly! I too think Brendan's suggestion of removing the the other figures, would strengthen the image.

    Brendan, Indranil,

Greetings. Thanks much for the comments... The background people are part of the concept (Ballet school directors & teachers). Kinda like if this were a photo of a bif w/ Artie lurking in the bg ... I do understand their inclusion not the best for the objective viewer.

    Cheers,

    -Michael-
