The lack of wing bars and the pinkish wings is confusing. I can't seem to find anything in the field guides that looks quite like this.

Image taken 5/28/11 at Golden Gate Canyon State Park, outside Golden, Colorado. This bird was seen in a small tree near a mountain stream in a meadow area. Elevation about 8000 feet.

Hi Julie- This looks like a vireo to me. Note the little hook at the end of the bill. The face has a vireo "look" which is hard to put into words but the faint eye line (superciliary) has something to do with it. Many other vireos have wing-bars and that eliminates a lot of species right away. I would say a drab Warbling Vireo (they are drab to begin with but this one looks drabber than usual).

This just looked like a flycatcher head to me, but I have learned something here. Now I see that little hook at the end of the bill. I guess I was under the impression that most vireos had spectacles. Good to know this new (to me) little bird!

Thanks John, Dan, and Paul for your assistance.
