I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people than I, but the places I'm familiar with are Fort Morgan and Dauphin Island. We're past the normal migration season, so I'm not sure how much activity there will be. One group I'm familiar with posts at:

but the postings are state wide. One strategy might be to post an inquiry there for more specific blogs/forums/websites to the Gulf Coast area.
