    Hi Munish, While you have an interesting subject with a nice pose and head angle there are several issues that hurt image. Foremost is the fact that the subject is not sharp at all and has not held up well to the crop you also have strong unappealing light that has blown out the perch.

    Munish, I have to agree with Don. He's pointed out the two main areas of concern with your image (sharpeness, and lighting). Cropped a little tight too IMO, so perhaps 50% was a bit much. On the plus side you have a nice clean and uncluttered BG, and I like the bird's posture angling along the perch.
