    Hi Diego
Nice looking bird, are they common around there?
For what it's worth, I think I'd open the crop-probably landscape- and put the bird more to the left. Maybe lighten the blacks in the wings a little.
I'm working with a gentleman from Spain right now in northern Canada.

Hi Rob. There are some couples near where I live, into artificial ponds made for irrigation. Canada what a beautiful place, I have envy of my your Spanish partner. I wish visit Canada someday. Thank for your critique.

I think a vertical crop is called for, since the height is greater than the width, but I would place it further left in the frame (giving it some space to "fly into".)
I think giving the crop in MP is a good idea, and I appreciate you listing it that way. It is much better than percentages where you never know how much was cropped or how much was left, or a rough estimation that often is way off.
For 3.3 MP your image faired pretty well.
That said, it is my opinion that in most cases 3.3 MP is too much of a crop and will have an impact on image quality, even when downsized and compressed for web presentation. This means you either need more focal legnth or need to get closer to the subject.
The white feathers look gray on my monitor, could easily be adjsted in the RAW converter (curves in ACR).
    You are shooting RAW?
    Hope I've been helpful. regards~Bill
