    Like to show frame with oof foreground and subject's head.
    From wonderful Gatorland Last week.
    D300, 200-400mm VR +25mm
    ISO800 F11 1/400 SB800 at -1/1/3

    Hey Sid,

    This works very well for me.... Looks like a book cover. What makes this image work for me the is green frame around your main subject!.

    Sid, this is great work! A very unique Great Egret photograph, and the green vegetation that forms the frame is outstanding. My first thought was that a little more room would be nice, but that would certainly change the overall feel...perhaps too much. Great work here!

    Sid, i think this a beautiful picture. great colors and composition. i just find the bright white area above the head little distracting

    Well seen and captured Sid - the green foliage framing the egret works well. I would however try and tone down the hot spot on the back.

    Sid,

    Excellent image ! I agree with the others. Outstanding !

    I first though maybe too soft but then quickly realized that was a strong point of the image.

    It works very well for me. Agree with Fabs on blurring the leaves. The greens of the leaves and the green in the plumage are so close in color that it makes for perfect framing. Nicely done.
