Sorry can't help with the ID. Critique-wise I wish you had more room at left, and the tall branch could be cloned out if you're into that. Judging from the exif, you had enough shutter speed to up the ISO to 400 and close down your aperture in order to get the left bird in complete focus too (the embedded exif reads 1/2500s., as opposed to 1/1250 that you typed). I love the double singing pose, and the fact the birds are facing each other doing so!

Hi Haim, very nice to get both birds singing in the same shot. I think they are Rosy-patched Bush-Shrikes.
