    Super image, Jim. Photographs of these beauties seem to be rather rare. I've only seen nighthawks at dusk. From your settings, seems as if you had plenty of light. What time of day was this taken?

    This image was made on May 5, 2011 at 6:23pm during one of my Osprey Heaven workshops. Everyone in the group had lots of opportunities to photograph the Nighthawk.
