Nice pose and setting. The bird looks a bit oversharpened and the BG noisy. I find the OOF leaf in the foreground a bit distracting and might give the bird more room.

Nice setting for this bird. Agree with Axel on the techs. I've been getting a good # of shots of these also (Auburn area). Overall a nice image.
Nice pose and I like the little yellow cones. I might tone down the sharpening a little.
