Unusual, tight shot specially for a hummingbird. I like that you've caught the piercing eye looking right at you. The top of the head looks quite soft. Looks like the whole bird being backlit could benefit from some fill light or dodging.

A bit high of an angle and could use some fill as suggested. How much of a crop was this? The top of the head looks off like there was some cloning done.
