    Hi Decio, Looks like this is well focused but I think more head turn with eye contact would help this shot greatly.

    Pane 1 is too dark and lacking enough d-o-f for the bill. Brightness level in Pane 3 is much better. Both JPEGs are way too small; you can post > 1024 wide at < 200kbs.... BTW, welcome!

    The second is much stronger for the better head angle, but it could still be turned a bit more towards us. Both images have a blue/cyan cast to the plumage - easy to fix using "selective color" or simply reducing the saturation in both the blue and cyan channels.
