    Chas, beautiful composition, really like the way the curved branch comes into the frame, and the inclusion of the sparse vegetation tells its own story. Excellent detail on the bear, and good eye contact. I do find the two white patches under the bears bottom a little distracting. Well done

    This is superb Charles. I especially like the paw hung over the branch. The little guys knows he's safe up there.

    Seems I am a little late as almost everything has allready been said. The BG is OK by me, but I wonder if cropping to produce a less central subject may work

    perfect composition... love the placement of bear the sliver of space on LHS of tree.. great eye contact.. the sprouting leaves add colour and a sense of time..

    Really love this one. Great comp and the green of the new spring leaves adds such a nice, yet subtle touch to the story the pic tells.
