pose, sharpness, background, exposure.... all look perfect to me!

Would you mind sharing some more techs? I'm impressed that the whole bird is sharp (wingspan) at f5.6, unless it was quite far away to get a larger DOF. If it is cropped therefore, the IQ has held up fantastically. My other thought was that maybe the angle of the wings has helped fit them into the available DOF.

Excellent shot!! Would maybe tone down the bright areas on the neck.

Absolutely nailed Dumay. Good flight angle, well exposed, and overall, nice and sharp. Just love that typical Mankwe BG. Well captured.

Dumay, one heck of a shot...angle, light, BG, IQ, head position, wing spread, comp.....excellent all around.

If you have done some sharpening on the bird, I'd say ease it up a bit on the near wing as jagged edges are being seen. Rest of the bird does not look oversharpened.

Agree with the brightness on the neck. Looks like the head is angled away ever so slightly. But all said and done, this is a stunning image!
