    Shot this tiger when it tried to raise its head to investigate. 1D Mark II, Canon 300mm F4 L IS, Canon 1.4x, f5.6, ISO 320, 1/250 seconds.

    Would love to get the opportunity with these magnificent animals one day! This one could use more real estate on the bottom and looks a bit flat on my monitor.

    Sabyasachi,

    I like the tiger against the tall grass background. I would prefer to see more room below the tiger - it is very tight as presented. I would also prefer to see the top cropped down so only the BG grass is shown and not the further back trees - I would go midway between the top of image to the tiger. Also do a Local Contrast Enhancement to liven up the contrast.

    Fully agree with above and can add the point of focus seems to be behind the upper front leg Would have preferred zeroing in at the eyes I still like how you make sharp images at the low shutter speeds!!!!

    Always a treat seeing these magnificent animals in their natural habitat !!!
