    Default Rose-breasted Grosbeak Male

    Hello everyone,

the weather is not very good this spring in Quebec city area but this morning I decided to go on the field. Not a lot of bird but some warbler. I return to my house and the chance are in my backyard a couple of Rose-breasted Grosbeak with thier young go to my feeder. I can take good shots of the male but for the others the backgrounf is not very good and I hope they come back tomorrow.

Like the pose and eye contact. I might have gone 1/3 brighter. And perhaps a bit more DOF.

Nice bird, EXP, and BKGR. I only wish for a posture that showed the tail above the perch.

A pretty bird with nice detail and I love the red on the breast.
