Tulip ~ I applied my Soft Fix Preset in Fractalius to this almost dead Tulip. I used the High Key Filter in Nik Color Efex and also rotated the image 180 degrees.

    Denise,

The colors, effects, shape and translucent quality of the tulip are beautiful. Not sure on the 180 degree rotation though maybe that has to do with the unexpectedness of it. It will probably grow on me. If it were mine I might brighten the lower left corner. Well done.

Excellent detail Denise, and just love the lighting in this. Your process has brought the tulip back to life.

"Almost dead", but very vibrant, and as Stuart said - "brought the tulip back to life".

Lovely work Denise. I love the rotation and feel that it adds to the feel of the image. Nice colors, detail/softness, and textures.

Just love the flow of this flower. Excellent!!! Gorgeous work. Agree with lightening LLC. (You tempt me to get fractilus.)

Gorgeous composition, Denise. You have now started a very new trend in still life photography using fractalius! I think rotating the image made it so much more interesting. Wonderful colors and lighting. The entire series can be a wall hanging!

Denise, I really like the rotation and the fract effect here. Also like the translucent look to some of the petals with the high-key.
