Katie, excellent bird angle. If you have, some room in the front will help.

Excellent eye contact and sharpness Katie. Pretty good exposure, although I might try to open up the darkest blacks a bit. Good suggestion by Kaustubh, and I might crop a little off the bottom. You're on a roll!

Head looks sharp, nice eye contact and shooting angle. If you crop a bit off the bottom you won't have to add too much to the right.

Very well done Katie. Superb incoming angle, eye contact and pose. I think a bit of shadows and highlights work and the suggested crop would improve this more.
Bolsa Chica is an amazing place. I got a chance to visit there for a few hours last year and had the pleasure of meeting Jim Salywoda. The fog didn't allow any photography but I thoroughly enjoyed the place and the company. On my list to visit again some day.
