    My First Post: I have a "motherlode" of these little folks at a nearby spot that I photograph at frequently and I thought I share this.

    Lovely singing pose with nice detail. I might tone down the brightest yellows a bit to bring out even more detail. I'd also tone down the perch a little. Did you consider a slightly tighter crop?

    Welcome to "Avian" Jim! A lovely subject you present us I agree with Doug, and I also wish the belly was better lit (some fill flash may have helped here). Nice to get it in full song atop the evergreen, and with it small in the frame it is nicely placed in the top corner!
