    Well at least I think that is what it is.

    Taken in Daroji Bear Sanctuary, Karnataka, India 3rd April 2011.

    Whilst waiting for the bears these would hurriedly run by usually at the wrong angle or in the shade , I think this one is OK, but some may not like the rock shadowed BG.

    Nice detail, I like the raised crest and rich colors; the bg is fine with me as the separation line is well below the face. It looks to me like the bird is walking downhill so I'm wondering about a bit of ccw rotation?

    Good shot Ken, IMO BG looks good and like the detail captured. Would do a slight rotation TFS
