    Very nice, Giulio, the shapes are there , so you can identify and the soft look is sweet!

    Hi Giulio I also like it Would suggest moving the bird back in the frame a bit Would like seeing less room from the back to the bird and more up front !!!!

    Good looking blur. I agree with the comment on moving back in frame. I did so below and also did Local Contrast Enhancement with USM at A=30, R=60, T=0.

    To move the bird I created a copy of the BG. I then use the crop tool to outline the complete image. I then pulled back the lower left corner diagonally to expand the canvas. Double click onthe image and you expand the canvas. I then used the move tool and slide the layer to the right and down. Using the eraser tool, I went over the edge of the layer to blend it with the BG. Flattened file and copy the BG to a new layer and did previous again. Flatten file and then did the USM enhancement. I did the quick and you may see some of the editing but it gives you the idea.

    I like the effect. I also agree that the change suggested by Al and carried out by Robert really worked well.
