I think the dark streak in the BG wraps around him well so luck was on you side there - or perhaps you maneuvered just right in this case. In any event, nice work framing it.

I would suggest a reverse s-curve to soften the high-contrast light.

    Would agree with Peter here.

Another beauty and I love the rich tones and the pose, really beautiful.

Nice and sharp Vivaldo and agree it might be worth reducing the contrast ever so slightly as suggested by Robert.

Thanks for commenting I agree with contrast, edited this image some time back, was a little heavy handed when darkening shadows..... will edit later.

Would agree Vivaldo on a little softening of the BG, but if you are 'lightening' things I might also apply it to the face too, just to lift it and get some more of that nice detail coming through. Might also suggest a slight crop off the top?

Certainly your recent postings have conveyed your subjects in great light.

Vivaldo - we don't often see images of these where the meercat isn't on the ground so nice to see something different. I agree on a little off the top. Some good suggestions above about the contrast.

Thanks again for comments Unfortunately tried lightening shadows but it just didn't improve thing and IMO were still distracting.

I like this! Agree with cropping off the top but contrast looks fine to me.
