Starting to edit my stuff from the recent Florida trip. Don't see many of these at the Alligator Farm. A few come in to roost from time to time , but don't seem to stay long.

Terrific pose, Joe. I love the raised foot, and the colors are great against the blue sky bg. Light was of course a bit harsh, and one white spot looks a little hot on my screen. I wonder if a little s/h or curve adjustment would help?

Agree with Bill's comments about pose (very dramatic) and about the light being a bit uncomplimentary. The S&H adjustment is your friend with regard to an image like this. The perspective is a bit steep for my taste, and I would have liked a slight head turn away from the viewer. The image could also use some BG NR.

Gail, S&H stands for Shadows and Highlight adjustment (adjustment layer in PS).
