Very nice. Great action shot. Excellent focus and detail. Interesting looking bird.
It needs more space on the top and specially the right side where the wing feathers are touching the edge of the shot.

Hello Vladimir, very nice action indeed! The angle and intensity of the sun made the lighting conditions difficult, and a large portion of the bird is in the shadows. You did a good job of the exposure under these difficult conditions, but softer more even light would be ideal. Good sharpness and eye contact and the composition is strong except for the right edge of the frame. I have a hunch that you don't have canvas over there, but if you do it would be worth trying less of a crop from the right. If you don't, it would be worth adding some to prevent the wingtips from touching the frame.
I would tone down the red just a tad. While technically not over-exposed, I think a bit less of the color would look better. Good capture!
