    Default Parrot Tulip

Used Painting Watercolor filter in Topaz Simplify. Basic adjustments, including Color Fill. Applied a texture by Shadowhouse Creations.

Would appreciate constructive critiques. It looks good to me, but I think needs something else.

Looks beautiful to me Anita! I don't know what your vision is for this, so it's hard to suggest? I would maybe clone out or tone down the little bright triangle near the right/middle edge of the flower. Also, I'm thinking a little more room on all around the flower would be good, especially on top. Nice work!

    Anita,

I like it. Beautiful flower...the texture works nicely and I like the complimentary colors of green and red. I agree with Dan about the triangle though I think this is minor. Possibly a bit more stem at the bottom? Beautifully done.

Anita, The background color is fun and very spring-like. I agree w/ a tiny bit more stem. Nice transformation of this Tulip.

Very nice composition and treatment, Anita. The colors and texture, BG all work well. Agree with removing little triangle, and adding a bit more stem, and some more room. Also maybe giving flower some CCW rotation with stem coming from nearer LRC.

Love the bright colors and feel of this, Anita. The textured BG compliments the flower nicely. I agree with adding more stem. Nice work!

Beautiful colors in the flower and I like the background texture. Nice processing! I agree on a little more room at the top and added stem below.
