    Default Burrowing Owl in Flight

Had the good fortune to spend several days with this owl on and off. He really gave me
    some great opportunities.

    Lovely shot Bonnie.

Habitat looks great. Good flying pose with the owl coming to you.

I might brighten the eyes and face area up a up a bit.

    Boy were you ever close.

A tiny bit of sharpening and lightening of the bird will lift this image IMO.

I do like those eyes and the upper right composition compliments the habitat in the frame. Yes, perhaps a small touch up on the eyes and a tad more sharping if it want compromise the realism. And is that recognition in the eyes? The owl may have recognized you and given you such a nice flight shot.

Well done, and thanks for sharing

Great banking pose Bonnie, with good eye contact. In this, I like the inclusion of the habitat, and congrats on a great capture.
