    A rather fresh Barking Deer (Muntjac) which we found on our daily run back to get through the route in order to get to the exit in time.

    Lighting conditions not exactly splendid, but hopefully worth a look

    lovely image Ken.. this young dear is small ... you could almost wrap her in those leaves.. which gives image a sense of scale...

    Thanks very much for your kind comments, I am more than happy to get such a rarity.

    Peter I must confess your idea of the leaves showing a sense of scale is something I had not thought of, I would estimate it was at most 9 inches tall.

    The delicateness of the creature really shows through with the leaves as a backdrop.

    The lighting looks good to me Ken. The exposure and sharpness are right on.
