Here is another view of Yosemite just as the sun peeked over the mountains. I had visualized this image but never managed to get the right exposure in the past. This time I used a graduated ND and still ended up with too much of lens flares. For processing, I adjusted highlights in ACR and then cleaned-up some of the lens flares. Applied Fractalius and used a mask to open up the near-end trees illuminated by the golden sun rays. Much of the valley was still dark. Comments and suggestions are welcome...

Nice one Indranil! Perfect timing and good job handling the exposure. I like the revealed detail in the foreground and the cool rays of the sun. The muted waterfall really makes this one nice.

I really like this one, Indranil. The faint light on the trees and waterfall are gorgeous. The only thing that seems to stand out for me is the very white outline on the mountains. I wonder if this would look even better if those lines were toned down a bit or if there was just a hint of color there.

Indranil, The sun burst is perfect! Very peaceful look to this and I like the processing you did on it. Nice work.

Indranil, I love the sunburst and the details you preserved in the foreground. Very nicely done!
