    I had just layed down on the sand to photograph this bird when a few kids walked just a few feet behind him and he just stayed there.

    Canon MKIII
    100-400mm @365mm
    1/1600
    F 8.0
    Iso 400

    I like it a lot Adams !!!! The feet does make the image Would suggest cropping some form the top probably around the knee area Particularly like the indifferent expression on the bird !!! Got a keeper !!!!

    Very nice composition, love the interaction of Mr. Bird with the beach crowd.. colors are pleasing also...:D

    It's images like this one that makes viewing this forum such a treat. A wonderful view.....reality.....of photographing on a beach and how birds have adapted to man. I'd go with the cropping that Al has suggested. Well done.
