Canon EOS 1D Mark 2, 500mm lens, manual exposure, evaluative metering, auto white balance, ISO 400, 1/1250 at f6.3. Exposed March of 2007 @ 8 am. Spotted, bumped up blues, sharpened. Fascinating hunting techniques: didn't stand still longer than a second. Shaded sun's glare with its wings to see tiny fish.

Very nice first post. It needs CCW rotation. Also I would add more room on the left if you have any.

Love the exposure on the whites. Nice golden light. Was this recent?
I am going there on Sunday, never saw white Morph in person yet!!!

Great light and exp...timing is good...But agree with Troy on space on the left and 2-3 degree CCW rotation!

Excellent behavioural capture for feeding, with the 'umbrella' wing position. Exposure looks good, and agree that a CCW rotation is needed, together with a tad more space on the left. When cropping your image, always have a look out for lines in your image to base your rotation if needed. Then its a just a small matter of using one of the corners to rotate the image to suit.

The white morph at Ft de Soto is pretty dependable about showing up in the late afternoon and sometimes in the AM. You must have been standing on the East side of the lagoon to get that lighting in the AM. Were you walking in the water or using a tripod from the shore? Good whites. Glad you got some of the eye. Yes it needs a little rotation.

    Default White Morph,

It was 2007, east side with sun to my back. Lying on my belly, which at my age is no mean feat. Had the camera on the tripod totally spread.
