    Pierre:

    She is a lovely little girl, sharp,well exposed.
    Wish the light angle was just a bit more behind you, as it has cast her face in shadow.
    Just a touch of fill flash would have evened out the illumination.

    I would consider toning down the very brightest areas of the background.

    Pierre, I am liking the monochromatic feel here. I think some more space above will help a lot. I like how you have placed it to the right of the center line....but definitely needs room at the top.

    The details look a little soft...is it a big crop? If it is then slightly wider crop with 'more room on top than bottom' and some selective sharpening if the bird will make it much better, I think.
