This is the second image to the fighting rat snakes, they were so busy fighting I could crawl up a bit closer to make some close up, this is 50% of the original.

Hi Kiran, another exquisit image, great colour, detail and you have retained that lovely 'silky' texture of the skin. In having two different colour snakes, it really helps to define and separates them well, good vision. I also like the way the image is cropped/format, as I feel it conveys that feeling of the 'dance' which will very shortly lead to the two of them intertwining.

One thought though is, as it is almost so symmetrically I might be tempted just to crop a fraction off the RHS just to balance the space on the LHS.

Goods techs as usual and at ISO1600.

Kiran - very well done. The vertical really works here, color looks great, nice detail and pleasing bg all combine with interesting and different subject to make this a special image.

Great shot Kiran. The subtle difference in colors and the gentle curves of the intertwined bodies make this one a winner.

Great vertical portrait of the action. Getting both heads/eyes sharp just perfect. Well done.

    Hi Kiran,

Lovely geometry and subtle color make this such a beautiful shot and that is not even counting for the "wow" behavior you captured. Superb.

I can only agree with the majority of posts above, nothing needs changing IMHO.

    awesome image Kiranbhai!
love the detail, tension and symmetry here.

I can see where Steve was going, and I think it will be fine if left as is or if cropped slightly
