Getting a good image in Bandhavgargh can be a nightmare, far to many vehicles and far to much noise. In this case we were quite lucky "right place right time".
This is believe it or not one of B2's latest sons about 18 months old now.
Taken in Bandhavgargh National Park, Madya Pradesh, India
Around 60% of original landscape
EOS 1D MkIV
500mm F4 hand-held
ISO 800, F4, 1/800

lovely portrait here Ken! I might be tempted to add back just a sliver of space on the LHS if you have it (I tend to try and stay away from square-ish crops personally)
It is not at all like Africa, if you stop to take images, then within seconds you are surrounded on all sides the possibility of moving is virtually nil, so quite simply the direction in which you can point the camera is severely limited. In this case the angle was the only one available to me, when the Tiger was not covered in "pesky" twigs, I would have loved to have more space but this is all I could get, I still think that this and others are pretty good given the circumstances. How Harshad gets his images is beyond me
Thanks to everybody for your comments, the trip was from a photographic point very difficult, but in the end we got some good sightings in particular Rhino and a first time sighting of Dhole.
