    Default Duckling Posing

    Exposure 0.001 sec (1/1000)
    Aperture f/5.0
    Focal Length 300 mm
    ISO Speed 800
    Exposure Bias +2/3 EV

Took this a couple weeks ago. These guys are at a local park so they walk right up to you looking for bread. Heard a few comments from passers by that they couldn't believe I was sitting on the ground with all the duck poop which I found kind of funny actually :) Anyway here he/she is!

Sharp where it counts and with good details too. I also like the low angle and how the feathers are pointing in all direction, very neat! I felt too tight at the bottom though, so more space there would be nice.

Cody, this is a really cute little mallard, right? Love the exposure, color, head angle, and composition except for the bottom edge, as Thanaboon mentioned. Nice capture and super background. A little room for the feet will take this one over the top for me.

I agree completely actually I just didn't have the room underneath him. It got worse when I had to rotate the image because I was tilted a little bit. Would it be possible with photoshop to clone more in along the bottom?

This is a great capture, Cody, extemely cute ducking. Nice exposure, color, and details, agree about more room at bottom. You can create more canvas in PP by selecting "Image", the "Canvas Size". Then you can clone to fill in.
